• Contact / enquiry form: name, email, phone, wedding date and location, and anything you choose to include in your message.
• Brochure download: your email address.
• Browsing data: basic technical information about your device and connection (see our Cookies policy).

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare a tailored quote.
• To send you the collections brochure you requested.
• To manage our relationship and, where applicable, the booking of our service.
• To send you communications about our services only if you give us your consent.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form or request the brochure, and the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law. If you only contacted us with an enquiry and we did not end up working together, we will delete it once it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

6. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Only the providers that deliver services to us (web hosting, email and, where applicable, an email-marketing tool) have access, under the data-processing agreements required by law. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in that case the appropriate safeguards under the GDPR apply. We may disclose data where legally required.

7. Your rights
